What is my purpose with my research? Which genres are best for what I want to do?
My purpose is to explain and help my audience understand how getting involved as a Freshman is doable and Student Senate at FSU is not out of reach. Genres best would be creative ways to present, poster, a blog and some kind of visual presentation to explain my purpose.
How familiar is my audience with my topic? What assumptions might my audience make about my topic?
I can't my assume my audience is very familiar, given that most of the school doesn't even know what Student Senate is.
How will I connect with my audience?
Make my projects relatable, even if a student doesn't want to get involved in Student Senate or SGA that they can relate to what I'm saying
What is the best mode for saying what I want to say?
A mode in which is easy for my audience to understand
What are my favorite genres to compose in and what are my strengths as a composer?
Favorite Genres: Posters and diagrams. I love making 3D models for projects, I would also describe it as a strength as a writer.
